Valencia Housing Society – Commercial Zone A7 is a well-planned and rapidly developing commercial sector located within Valencia Town in Lahore. Conceived by Manzoor Ahmed and developed by Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) with funding from Mashreq Bank, it was first planned in the 1990s and grew during the 2000s property boom. The zone offers modern infrastructure, wide boulevards, a clean layout, and a peaceful environment alongside growing commercial activity, with excellent connectivity to major roads like Defence Road and Ring Road.
