The company will launch its next landmark residential project there, following the successful handover of One Canal Road, which set new benchmarks for luxury pricing in Lahore, including a Rs1 billion sky villa. The site offers direct connectivity to Canal Road and the Lahore Ring Road.

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has mandated that from July 1, 2026, all property transactions within its jurisdiction—including those by private developers like National Homes—must be conducted exclusively using Property Certificates issued by the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA). Any sale lacking this certificate will be deemed illegal, and strict legal action will be taken. This new system is integrated with NADRA databases and e-registry services to enhance transparency and eliminate fraud.
