The Fatima Ali Towers residential project in Lahore is reported to be nearly complete, offering 5-Marla units at an initial payment of approximately PKR 1.40 lac, followed by structured installments. Units feature cross ventilation, wide lobbies, high-speed elevators, and are positioned for immediate possession—making it one of the most advanced mid-income tower projects currently active in Lahore.

As part of a broader heritage-renaming initiative, the Punjab government has proposed restoring the pre-Partition name Queen's Road for the current Fatima Jinnah Road in Lahore. The move aims to recognize Lahore’s multicultural past and historical identity, under the Lahore Heritage Areas Revival project led by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
