Punjab Government Approves and Allots Thousands of Free Flats to Industrial Workers

Key announcements included the construction of a new labor colony at Warburton in Nankana Sahib district and the second phase of an existing colony in Multan. She also unveiled a comprehensive Rs 84 billion welfare package aimed at improving the lives of workers and miners across Punjab. The package includes a monthly subsidy of Rs 3,000 for 40,000 registered workers under the CM Ration Card programme, the construction of 300 daycare centers in factories, and new healthcare facilities.
